Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated 23 June 2026. All orders are sold and shipped by WATKINS PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED.
Order processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. We aim to pack and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 business days of payment being confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Delivery times & costs
All prices are shown in USD ($). Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination. Typical transit times after dispatch are:
- United States: 3–7 business days (standard).
- United Kingdom & Europe: 4–9 business days.
- Rest of world: 7–18 business days, depending on destination.
We offer free standard US shipping on orders over $55. Orders below that threshold are charged a flat standard rate shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather or customs.
Tracking
Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email once the parcel is collected by the carrier. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of your order confirmation, contact us at support@watkinsph.shop.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email support@watkinsph.shop within 48 hours of delivery with your order reference and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund, including return shipping for the faulty item, at no cost to you.
Undeliverable or refused parcels
If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incomplete or incorrect address, a missed delivery, or refusal at the door, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge. If you choose to cancel instead, we will refund the product value less the original outbound shipping cost.
Customs, duties & taxes
For deliveries outside the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your local import rules before ordering. We cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value.
Address changes
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. We can usually update it before dispatch but cannot redirect a parcel once it has shipped.
