Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order processing

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. During busy periods processing may take slightly longer; if there is a significant delay we will email you.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates from the date of dispatch, not from the order date:

• United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• United States and Canada: 7–14 business days
• Rest of world: 10–21 business days

Estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by the carrier, customs or events outside our control.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before payment. Orders of $55 or more qualify for free standard shipping. A flat standard rate applies below that threshold.

Tracking

When your order ships we email a confirmation. Where the carrier provides tracking, a tracking number and link are included so you can follow the parcel.

Damaged or missing parcels

Inspect your order on arrival. If an item arrives damaged or a parcel is lost in transit, contact us at support@watkinsph.shop within 14 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) with your order reference and photos of any damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund for confirmed transit damage or loss.

Undeliverable orders

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery may incur an additional shipping charge.

Customs, duties and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping charges. Please check your local rules before ordering.
